For those unaware, SIBO is a gastrointestinal condition characterized by symptoms such as nausea, bloating, stomach pain, and weight loss due to an abnormal increase in bacterial infection within the small intestine. As a matter of fact, Taraji physician diagnosed her with SIBO after years of stomach issues.
After she was cured of it, she raised her diet and began eating food to make it more healthier and strong. The actress has self-claimed regarding her increase in appetite for stronger health and body.
The Pandemic Weight Gain is the Most Notable One!
Another prominent weight loss change seen was during Taraji P. Henson talking about her weight during the COVID-19 pandemic. Just like many of us who found solace in snacks and perhaps a little too much comfort food during quarantine, Taraji admitted to gaining some weight.
