Rebel Wilson weight loss journey has been a real one as she managed to lose around 90 pounds in just 2 years of time.
The Australian actress always desired to be a mom and when she consulted doctors for fertility, they suggested that getting in better shape might help. The fire was lit and Rebel initiated her weight loss journey in 2020. On an Instagram post, she even declared the year 2022 as “Year of Health”. . The 43 years old shared that its never too late start looking for change and improving on oneself.
The Hustle actress has been working with trainer Jono Castano and her team is really helping her achieve her goals towards a healthy lifestyle. She further went on to reveal that motherhood inspired her to start off this journey and to reach her goal of 165 pounds.

Rebel Wilson was at a point where she ate foods to numb her emotions. With her father passing away from heart attack and other stuff happening around her, she was on a emotional rollercoaster. But her friends and family closest to her helped and suggested to look for weight loss.
Well, the Bellas Regionals singer definitely carried out with a strong mindset and dedication to achieve her goals. Rebel worked her fingers to the bone with her trainer Jono Castano. With regular 6 days a week sessions, she also found time to do small amount of workouts in her home. Besides that, she also goes for running and swimming which helps burn a lot of fat.
The Senior Year actress cut off a lot of junk foods that she used to consume and started eating healthy foods.
Rebel Wilson shared, “Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry. So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.”
