Australian journalist and television presenter Samantha Armytage weight loss has many fans wondering how she lost 10kg in four months.
The-42-year old’s journey began back in 2019 when she felt like she developed bad habits and how her body felt always tired. She didn’t used to exercise a bit and ate a lot of junk foods. She shared,
“At the beginning of 2019, I wasn’t feeling my best – I was often tired and developing unhealthy habits as a result. When I really took stock of my life, it dawned on me that my demanding schedule wasn’t just a passing phase and I needed to make a change to prioritize my health. Losing a few kilos was important, but joining WW was also about feeling stronger and healthier, both physically and mentally.”

After Samantha became the new WW ambassador (WW is wellness community that has inspired millions of people to come together and lead a healthier lifestyle that leads to weight loss), she was constantly on the road and she couldn’t maintain with her then body. Everything panned out perfectly for her and she thought it was a good time for her to be cautious about her heath too.

Talking about Samantha’s diet and workout, it will quite surprise you. She eats everything that she wants but follows it up with heavy exercises. Armytage usually workouts with her trainer. She shared to Women’s Weekly,
“I have said it before and I will say it again: I don’t want to be skinny, I have boobs, I have a bum, I have curves.
She shared that as a woman she prefers having a womanly body rather than skinny one which is completely understandable.
